New participation: Transscope Voertuigsystemen
Transscope Voertuigsystemen is specialized in the development and implementation of state-of-the-art onboard computers, black box- and localising systems for the automotive industry.
Operating from the city of Dedemsvaart, the company has 7 employees. Transscope sells products such as the Blackbox and the Fiscalbox. Apart from that, they also develop new route registration systems, vehicle tracking systems and black boxes.

M2 Participations stronger with Arjen Dobben
Since October 2008 M2 Participations has grown in strength by hiring registered accountant Arjan Dobben. Dobben is a financial expert and in the last couple of years he has worked as Vice President of Finance of Wärtsilä Nederland and as Managing Director of Wärtsilä Dutch Holding BV. Dobben's principal task within M2 will be the acquisition of new participations.
